I am a well-qualified and established senior HR advisor. With over 30 years as an HR practitioner and over 17 years in HR consultancy, I have worked in a wide range of commercial environments. These include SME’s and large national charities, and as well as experience working in a multi-national unionised company. My passion for HR fueled the decision to begin my own consultancy.
I am DBS cleared for school work and up to date on child safe guarding.
I have a wealth of expertise in all areas of HR and across many industries, including good working knowledge of Health and Safety and Data Protection issues.
HR that Helps provides practical, commercially orientated advice on all aspects of managing people. This includes contracts of employment, dispute resolution, performance and absence management and compliance with the law. I work with many organisations, which require specialist support or project work, in all areas of HR.
